Sherpa International Snow school is looking for both ski and snowboard instructors to join our team for the 2024/2025 season in Japan.
We are aiming to provide the best snow sporting experience to all of our guests, mainly from Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and other Asian countries; as well as a few from Australia and New Zealand.
Sherpa is a small snow school located in Naeba, Niigata Prefecture known as 雪国. Which stands for Snow Country in Japanese. Naeba is one of the most popular ski resorts for Japanese locals; it gets more than 10 meters of snowfall every winter. We are a small Japanese town with a local atmosphere; unlike what you will find in other well-known ski areas in Japan with more of a Western feel. If you would like to have a real Japanese experience with some of the best snow and less crowd, we are the next destination for you.
Requirements
- Passion for skiing/snowboarding
- Be able to communicate in English or Chinese
- Ski/Snowboard instructor certification
- Be able to work as a team member and also indivisually
- Great customer service skills
- Be able to cope with the different work environment
- Eligible to apply for Japanese working visas
VISA
- Valid Japanese working visas are required

- Skilled Labor Visa: Must have 36 months of snow sports instructor experience. You will require letters from previous employers as a proof
- Permanent Resident Visa or Spouse Visa

Wage
¥4,000/hour - ¥6,000＋/hour

Period
