Ages
5 years and above
It is possible to take snowboard lessons from 5 years old, however we do not recommend mixing young children with any other age group.

Sessions
Our private snowboard lessons are based on 110-minutes long sessions.
Our Session times are:
8:00 to 9:50 * 10:10 to 12:00 * 13:00 to 14:50 * 15:10 to 17:00

Reservations on the day
Reservations on the day are dependent on availability.

There is an additional ¥3,000 administration fee for all lessons booked through our reception desk. Once the number of students has reached our quota, registration will be closed. Weekends and New Year’s holidays are very busy periods, so please be aware - it may not be possible to book a lesson on the day.
On-the-day bookings must be made at least 20 minutes before the lesson start time.

Notes and Lesson agreement
- Equipment rental, gondola and lift tickets are not included in the lesson fee.
- The temperature of the slopes may be low. We recommend wearing hats / helmets, gloves, goggles, neck warmers, and other gear appropriate for cold weather.
- Personal information provided for the application may be used in the following cases.
- Personal information provided at the time of various lessons, badge tests, junior tests, members, services, etc. will be used only as a contact address to inform you of various school lessons, services, or to confirm application details.
- The telephone number provided may be used for confirmation of the meeting place and the lesson time.
- At the request of Naeba Prince Hotel, we may provide information of hotel guests for confirmation purposes.
- Please be aware that skiing may involve dangers of injury, death and risk of damaging others. Please participate with fully understanding the dangers of skiing and the severity of nature.
- Please observe all instructions whilst attending lessons and the rules of behavior of the ski slopes, you are responsible for all the runs at your own risk.
- The school, its managers and instructors, or the ski resort shall not be responsible for accidents during classes due to the students’ carelessness; accidents due to causes unavoidable, notwithstanding the instructors’ preventative measures against danger; injuries, property losses, and damages to the students or third parties caused by equipment or facilities.
- Regarding the division of the level, we will ask you for your skill level at the time of reservation or reception, but we may re-sort to a more optimum class at the judgment of the instructor after actually sliding on snow. Therefore, please understand that there may be cases where it differs from the level at the time of application.
- To ensure the safety of the lesson, it may not be possible to board the lift.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- With the exception of reasons owing to slope conditions and/or the school’s incapacity to conduct lessons, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows:
- 3 or 4 days before : 30%
- 2 days before : 50%
- the day before～ ： 100%
