About Reservation / Reception
Weekends and New Year holidays are very busy and we may refuse a booking. In order to attend a lesson when you wish, we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. You can book in advance online, this also means you do not have to worry about the reception procedure on the day.
Please come to the meeting place at the meeting time.
If there is a room, you can book the lesson you wish. Weekends and New Year holidays are very busy, so we may refuse your reservation or you may not be able to book a lesson at your desired time.
If you wish to book a lesson, we strongly recommend online booking.
Please check-in at least 20 minutes before the lesson begins.
It gets crowded just before the lesson start times. We accept applications other than those on that day, so if you stay at the hotel, it will be smoother for you that you check-in on the day before lesson.
Reception hours vary depending on the day of the week.
Weekday : Open from 8:30am until 4:00pm.
Saturday : Open from 8:00am until 5:00pm.
Sunday : Open from 8:00am until 4:00pm.
In case of cancellation by customer except when we cannot hold lessons due to inability of the snow school or ski resort we will charge a cancellation fee as follows. Please inquire about taking classes by transferring dates.
3 or 4days before : 30%
2 days before : 50%
The day before : 100%
About the lesson
Equipment rental is not included in the price of lessons. You can make your equipment reservation online.
Only when you ride a lift during the lesson. You can purchase lift tickets even during lessons. If you are unsure if you need a lift ticket or not please bring around 2,000 yen with you.
If you are of a higher than first time standard please purchase the lift ticket before your lesson.
Basically lessons will always be held, unless the lifts and gondola service all stop running at the ski area.
It is possible to leave the lesson in the middle after starting the lesson. However, we cannot provide a refund or allow you to attend a lesson at a different time.
It is possible for everyone to attend in one group. However, please note that lessons will always be conducted according to the pace of the lowest level.
It will be possible to take only private lessons after April 1st.
You can also take lessons at both Naeba ski area and Kagura ski area, so please feel free to contact us.
